batam trip was very fun~! it's great fun to go overseas with your frens...do nothing and chill out. i tried cable ski for the first time and it was really great fun..except for the dirty water over there haha. too bad i still didnt manage to do the standing up position. maybe i am too old to pick up a new sport already haha.
the customs people didnt speak to us very politely. the first day we nearly got detained by the customs for making too much noise at the ferry terminal. this is the first time i have encountered such a thing. now i really appreciate what i have in singapore.
and i still dont think i get drunk easily. i may turn red but i am certainly not drunk lol. and the truth-or-dare session in hotel certainly was effective in digging out all the dirty little secrets =) i am not gossipy..i just show care and concern for my friends hahaha.
the 2nd night dinner was superb. 6 crabs cooked in sambal chilli and black pepper...oatmeal prawns..fried calamari...all these for juz around $20. it was certainly worth the money.
went ica this morning to do my passport. in the end i had to pay $15 for a temporary passport and $70 to make a new passport. this is so irritating. now i have a temporary A4-size paper passport...wonder if i can get thru the custom successfully tomorrow morning.
going to genting tmr. i think i am having a batam hangover. shall go take a nap soon
