restless day today...did nothin much..onli read thru bio membrane notes hahaz..den spent the rest of my day slackin...

2pid sc called at night...glad tat he sounded like the usual him..sounded energetic..hope he gets well soon...and i am goin to get a treat from him when he recovers cos i did him a big favour hahaz..

not feelin very happy these days...guess shldnt come online too often or wad...makin me kind of sad when i come online these days....

goin to train up tomolo i think...shld be goin for a jog or sumthin....hopefully can go train for hockey too hahaz...
