senior camp

had seniors camp over the wkend. i was quite tired after the 3 days. i wonder if i can tahan the 7 days foc with much lesser slp than seniors camp.

was a ghost during the camp. i didnt do alot to scare the people cos the place there basically had nothing for me to do. old commando camp is quite creepy at night, but after getting used to the place it wasnt too scary after that. i think the atmosphere there is more scary that the things we plan to do. it was after the fright night that i fully understood why the seniors said that being a ghost is such a tiring job.

although sometimes things shouldnt be done based on incentives, appropriate encouragements and signals make people want to do more, or feel appreciated. things that may be seen as realistic need not be said all the time. it's like, i know that and you know that, but we dont have to bring it up. bringing it up just makes people unhappy and doesnt make you feel happy exactly either. sometimes a simple trust and faith is all that is required.

leadership. i still rem i had this scouts tshirt in secondary sch that says "Come on. Not go on." now as i grow older i start to appreciate what this meant.
