sometimes i wonder what kind of a impression or image i give to people. some people will find that the way i do things is slack/ taking short cuts/ finding excuses etc etc. i think to me if things can be done in a shorter and more effective way why not do it the shorter way? doesnt mean that taking the shorter way is the wrong way/the irresponsible way. and what is done differently from others doesnt mean it's wrong.
read this interesting book today about communication. some things are easier said than done i think. sit back and listen? how often are we able to do that without insisting on our points? i guess the art of communication is not a easy thing to master, if not there wont be so many books on them.
